Pastor Wayne and Kim Weatheread
Pastor Wayne and Kim founded Victory Life Church in January 2001. They have been in ministry for over 30 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to VLC. Wayne graduated from Texas Bible College with a degree in Theology while Kim graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Wayne and Kim have been married for 33 years and have 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-loves, and a cute little dog. |

Pastoral Assistant & Children's Director
Jared and Mariah Weatheread have been serving together in ministry since their marriage in 2020. As Pastoral Assistant, they make hospital visits, teach Bible studies, and help create an environment where spiritual growth can flourish. Jared and Mariah also serve as Children's Director for our Xtreme Kidz Ministry. They lead a dynamic team that is dedicated to teaching children about Jesus through song, lessons, puppets, and lots of fun. They both have experience and knowledge of working with children. Jared is a police officer and currently serves as a School Resource Officer at an elementary school. Mariah has worked in a daycare setting and currently works as a private nanny. |

Church Administrator, Production, & Hyphen Director
Dave and Amber Holden serve in many capacities at Victory Life Church. As the church Administrator, Amber is instrumental in helping to coordinate the everyday operations of the different ministries at VLC. With her commitment for excellence, Amber helps each ministry with their distinct objectives and requirements. She gives strength, consistency, and stability in helping to organize and integrate procedures. Dave leads our Production team with a passion and desire for the audio and video to always have a clear and accurate sound of the vocals and instruments. He works hard to keep the sound running smoothly every service. Dave is also our Hyphen Director and teaches these non-married, college age adults practical and vital Biblical and life lessons each week. |

Spanish Ministry Director & Men's Ministry Director
Samuel and Gracie Lira serve Victory Life Church with zeal and dedication. They have a burden and strong desire to reach the Spanish speaking community. Samuel and Gracie are committed to outreach and teaching Bible studies both in English and Spanish. Samuel is also the Men's Ministry Director and is instrumental in helping to develop the men of VLC. Samuel works with a team of great men that help to engage and encourage others to become all that God wants them to be. |

Ladies Ministry Director
Jelisa Brown serves with enthusiasm and excitement and a love for all the ladies at VLC. She purposefully fosters community and support for women. She promotes spiritual and personal growth and is an encourager to others. Jelisa works with a dedicated team of ladies who desire to meet the unique needs and challenges facing women today. |

Student Pastor
Wesley and Angel Sigsbee have been Student Pastors since their marriage in 2020. They serve with love and a passion to help middle and high school age students grow spiritually. Wesley and Angel are intentional about meeting the students' needs and teach relevant lessons every week. They look for opportunities to invest and mentor their students |

GO Ministry
The GO ministry is comprised of several ministries that are responsible for serving in the community. This includes our nursing home team, homeless ministry, and community events teams. We truly believe that we serve as the hands and feet of Jesus as we seek to minister to those who need to feel God's love in action. |

James and Jennifer McGarrity lead with excellence and distinction. They are the Special Events Coordinators and through their skill, talent, and expertise, make each event incredible. They are responsible for organizing, decorating, and directing activities and events. James and Jennifer serve with intensity and creativity and strive to make each event memorable and spectacular. |
